Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Returns or refunds are not applicable for damaged items caused due to misuse, negligence, or external factors after delivery.
  • The product must be in unused, original condition, along with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In case the return is due to incorrect or defective products (not damaged by the customer), we will offer a full refund or replacement based on availability.
