Delivery Timeframes

  • All shipments may be delayed due to stock availability or courier disruptions.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days from order confirmation, subject to inventory status. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • India: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days from dispatch.
  • International: Estimated delivery 1–3 working days from dispatch. Actual delivery may vary based on:

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs, duties, or import taxes in the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility. Monfleche is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Risk of Loss & Title

Once dispatched, the shipment is considered delivered to and accepted by the customer. Risk of loss or damage during transit is borne by the customer. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us within 3 working days for issues.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Monfleche is not liable for delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, logistics strikes, or global emergencies). We will notify you if significant delays occur.

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be shared via email once your order is dispatched. If you face issues with tracking or delivery, you may contact us with your order number for assistance.

7. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, customs refusal, or inability to contact the recipient, please contact us. You may be responsible for re-shipping costs or may request a refund (minus shipping and handling fees).
