5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499; a ₹49 fee applies to orders below ₹499.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Customers may return or request a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
Damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
